Can I change my account details?

To change your account details you will need to login at the top of the home page and enter your username/email address and password. Once you have entered your online account you can select edit details and make the changes you require.

Can I change my username?

No, you are not able to change your username.

Can I change my password?

Yes you can change your password in edit details.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can have it reset via login and enter your username/email address and a password reset request will be sent to your email address. Follow the directions on the email.

Orders

How do I track my order?

You will be able to see the status of your order in your account via login. When your order has been despatched you will receive an email with the tracking number and freight details for you to track your item.

Are there shipping options?

We do not have a pick up option – all orders are sent via either Australia Post or other courier services.

How long will it take for my order to be sent?

Once payment is received your order will be despatched within 7 to 10 days from Melbourne, Victoria.

What payment options are available?

You are able to pay for your order by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard or via Direct Bank Transfer. If you choose Direct Bank Transfer you will receive an email with your order and our bank details. Please put your order number as your reference details and email you remittance to [email protected] for fast processing.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not have pick up as an option.

How do I see my last order?

You can login at the top of the home page and view your past orders in your account.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order, but if your order is over $200.00 you will get FREE DELIVERY.

All prices advertised on our site exclude GST. GST will be added at the Shopping Cart stage of your order.

Returns & Exchange

At Homes N Living we ship most of the orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will be advised of the shipping information via email once it has been despatched.

If goods are found not as described or damaged you are entitled to a replacement or refund. To return unused, unwanted and undamaged products, you must notify us by writing to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

We will appreciate your cooperation in making the returns and refunds smooth and hassle free by abiding by the following terms and conditions given below.

  1. For goods that have been damaged in transit: If there is a noticeable damage or shortage, make a note of it on the delivery receipt and have the delivery person sign the receipt and verify that there is damage. Save the damaged package or carton for inspection. Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced.Damage to materials inside a package with no external damage evident should be notified to us at once.   2. If the product delivered to you has been sent in error by Homes N Living, the product should be returned unused and in saleable condition. No charges would be levied on the customer.
  3. If product was ordered by the customer in error or change of mind: - The product should be returned in an unused and saleable condition. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the return. All returns must be accompanied by Return Merchandise Authorization form. A short note stating your reason for return. An original packing slip and invoice. This information must be shown on the outside of the packaging used for returning the goods. Products should be in new condition, and in their original boxes.
  4. No refunds or exchanges available sale items and custom orders, books and certain other items marked as non-returnable.
  5. Always ship your returns via an insured carrier with tracking. Homes N Living does not accept liability for returns that arrived to us damaged.
