Mod Podge Glow in the Dark 4oz is used to create glow in the dark effects. Charge glow in sun or indoor light. Apply to light colour surfaces for better results. For more glow apply additional coats. Surface must be exposed to bright light for glow effect.
Apply with brush or sponge applicator. Non toxic.
