Horsehair braid is made from polyester to stabilise the hem giving it fullness and structure. It has many uses but most commonly used to hem dresses and skirts. Suitable for light & heavy weight fabrics.

For a decorative look or use to stabilise hems eg: gives body to tulle & organza hems to create a wave effect. Use for hemming on medium to heavy weight fabrics where you want to create an invisible hem on shaped hemlines like a full length bridal gown with train, or even for a fluted hemline where you want bounce in your garment.
