9 x 14ml bottles of Jacquard Lumiere and Neopaque paint in useful dropper bottles, ideal to get started with. They allow for smooth application on soft or flexible surfaces like fabrics and uneven textures like Styrofoam.

Lumiere colors can be bright, metallic or subtle, even on dark backgrounds. Neopaque are opaque paints designed to show up well on dark surfaces. Their high pigmentation provides excellent coverage. On fabrics just iron on the back to fix, when dry. Colours are intermixable and can be diluted with water.
