Where is my order? How do I track it?

You can find the most updated status of your order through track your order page in your Homes N Living account. Order can also be tracked via

the shipping confirmation email which contains the tracking info.

 

Do I have to register for a Homesnliving.com.au account to place an online order?

No. You have the option to check out as a guest; creating an account is optional. Signing up for a Homes N Living account is a convenient way to

keep track of your order history, and favourite products.

 

How many different payments methods are available for online order?

There are a number of payment options available,

Cards: Mastercard, Amex, Visa

Internet Banking: GPay, ApplePay, AliPay, WeChat Pay

Pay later options: Afterpay

 

Can I cancel my order?

Since we are an online store order cancellation can be done within 2 hours of placing the order. Send us an email with order details to

How do I get free shipping for my online order?

We offer free shipping for ship to home orders with subtotals over $99. Oversized items are excluded from this offer and have an additional charge.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

Orders may be cancelled due to product availability or because we are unable to successfully process the payment.

 

Can I change the shipping location on my order?

No. We are not able to edit the shipping address on completed orders.

Why am I being charged for additional shipping?

Oversized items, express shipping and same day delivery orders have additional shipping fees.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Most of the orders within Australia are delivered within 5 to 7 days.

 

What are the delivery costs for ordering within Australia?

Delivery cost is dependent on your location and service selected. We offer free shipping on orders above $99.

Do you refund shipping charges for returns?

We offer refunds on shipping charges for damaged or lost shipments.

 

How do I return items purchased online?

To return the items you will need to ship the items back to us. Contact us for return details at [email protected]

 

What is your online return policy?

If your Homesnliving.com.au purchase is not up to your satisfaction, you may return it within 1 months (30 days) of purchase. To return an item,

the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item to us by mail. Before sending the item contact us at

[email protected]

 

When will I receive my refund?

We process returns within 1-2 business days. The refund time is dependent on your financial institution, usually 3-5 business days. In the instance

you are returning the item refund will be processed once item is received.

How do I find out more about a product?

Product information is provided on the product page.

 

How do I see all the items that are on sale this week?

You can view the sale items by clicking on the Sale banner on Homes N Living Main page.

 

Do you offer rain checks for items that are out of stock?

No. We do not offer rain checks on items that are out of stock. Please note, online inventory typically will replenish within 1-3 weeks (this excludesseasonal and clearance items).
